Why You Should Offer Digital Products For Free (Sometimes)
I started a $100,000 business after working for free.
You SHOULD work for free.
“NOOOOO!”
-Everybody reading right now.
Look, hear me out.
You should work for free under two circumstances..
1. If you have zero testimonials.
2. If you need to “proof” your product or service.
Whether you’re a freelancer, course creator, or anything else.
I made a 30 day program free last year.
I never did it before and I wasn’t sure if it would be valuable to people.
SPOILER: It was.
We had a lot of people write me testimonials, refer others, and come back for another program. Today it’s made over $100K.
Why do we need to do these things, Tom?
Because nobody will buy from you if you don’t.
Look, if you’re getting NO sales, then that means nobody believes you can help them.
Which means you got to go prove it. Which means you must work for free.
Cruel world, I know.
Not to mention that if you work for free for people (and do a GREAT job), they will refer you to others.
It’s simple…
When no business is coming in, you got to go work for free.
It just might change your life, like it did mine.
